Marina del Sol offers many options for recreation. Within the property, you may take a refreshing dip into our freeform swimming pool. A host of eco-friendly watersports equipment like snorkels, kayaks, paddleboards, and Hobie sailboats are available for rent to explore the bay, its nearby mangroves, and even a seaplane wreck!
For further explorations, Marina del Sol’s boat can take you to your choice of beaches, islands, lagoons, and coral reefs in comfort. We can also arrange for island hopping and snorkeling tours aboard traditional outrigger boats(bancas). Inland, we invite you to experience Concepcion Waterfalls, the Calauit Safari Park, Horse Valley Park, and other interesting places that our local team are more than happy to recommend.
Even if you are not staying in the resort for the night, you are also welcome to dine at the Restaurant and use some of the resort’s recreational facilities. Our day guests are usually divers from other properties, sailors cruising with their boats, motorcycle riders stopping on their way to explore other parts of Busuanga, or simply travelers who have heard of the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure that Marina del Sol offers.
Marina del Sol’s in-house dive centre D’Divers is helmed by world-famous explorer Gunter Bernert, one of the pioneers of diving in Coron and Busuanga. Setting up shop in the area in 1989, he is even credited for discovering some of the sites. Aside from the House Wreck, his professional team takes diversto see the other famous WWII shipwrecksin the area. Day and night dives, and certification classes are available (TDI/SDI). Equipped with complete diving gear for rentals, and staffed by certified professionals, the only thing you need to bring to begin a diving adventure is yourself.
